Oahe-Basin Bus Tours
OAHE/BASIN Bus Tours – Six lucky couples will be drawn to participate in these annual three-day bus trips. They’ll see firsthand our water is used to produce electricity and how efficiently coal can be used in the production of electricity as well as other products. Each tour will also visit the coal mine and see the area which used to be mined, but has been returned into productive farming, cattle grazing, lakes, or native prairie.
Each of the six couples will pay $50.00 to attend this tour. The remaining expenses of lodging, food, and possible entry fees will be included.
Sit back and enjoy a comfortable touring bus ride. You’ll enjoy the company of people you know as well as getting acquainted with new faces in your neighboring communities. You’ll enjoy music, games, and several interesting planned sights and stops along the way.
