Budget Billing
Your monthly payment is based on an average of your previous twelve months consumption. In May and November your budget-billing amount is recalculated with the account balance spread over the next twelve-month period. This system assures you of one set amount due each month as opposed to seasonal fluctuations. This service is available at no charge to our members.
