Harrison County Rural Electric Cooperative offers the service of paying by Visa, Master Card, or Discover Debit or Credit Cards on a month-to-month basis.
This payment method can be used for any type of billing you have with our office. The service is free to those bringing the card into the office. A $5.00 handling fee is charged if the service is made over the telephone.
