Harrison County Rural Electric Cooperatives offers a variety of payment methods for member convenience. If you have questions or need assistance with any of our payments options shown below, contact our business office, (712) 647-2727 or (800) 822-5591.

Drop Box or Personal Payments

Members may drop off payments in the cooperative drop box located in the headquarters parking lot day or night. Payments may also be made in person at the office Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Automatic Bank Draft

Sign up for automatic bank draft and your electric utility payment is automatically deducted from your bank account on the 26th day of each month.


SmartHub allows you to access your electric account information for several conveniences. Members enjoy the convenience of paying your bill on line 24 hours a day, 7 day a week, 365 days a year. Members must have the latest version of your preferred web browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.

PAY NOW via website provides a convenient and streamlined way to pay your electric bill online. Not all functionality of SmartHub is available, but it does offer an easy and quick method of paying your electric bill online. Enter your account number and name only.
