Budget Billing
Members wishing to set a specific amount each month for their electric bill can contact our office to subscribe to budget billing.
Budget billing is a free option available to members who have been part of Harrison County REC for at least 12 months. While it does not provide a discount in electricity, it does allow members to have a set amount making it easier for households to budget accordingly.
