HCREC Announces New Director of Member Services

Harrison County REC is proud to announce that Kert Barnum, a seasoned professional with more than three decades of electric cooperative experience, has joined our leadership team as the Director of Member Services and Economic Development.

With an impressive track record in the cooperative industry, Kert brings a wealth of knowledge in member services, electrical operations, and rural economic development. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the cooperative principles and to the communities served by co-ops across the region.

In this new leadership role, Kert will oversee our member services department, manage our team of highly skilled electricians, and lead initiatives focused on economic development that benefit both our members and the broader community.
