The Design:

At the center of our new logo are two power poles, standing tall and viewed from the perspective of looking down the road. This unique viewpoint not only showcases the vital infrastructure that keeps our cooperative connected, but also evokes a sense of movement and continuity, as if inviting everyone to walk forward alongside us into the future.

Behind the poles, three dynamic lightning bolts shoot off into the distance representing energy, innovation, and the far-reaching impact of our work. Their sharp lines and sense of motion speak to our mission to provide safe and reliable power, while also hinting at the bright possibilities that lie ahead.

The entire logo is rendered in REC green, a color deeply associated with our cooperative’s identity. This shade stands for reliability, environmental responsibility, and our enduring connection to the communities we serve. It ties our past achievements together with our aspirations for the years to come.
