Congratulations to area students!

Harrison County REC is pleased to recognize the 2026 winners for both our “Light the Way to Your Future” scholarship program, and our National Youth Tour trip to Washington D.C. These students' achievements reflect both academic dedication as well as a strong connection to our community. In alignment with the cooperative principles of commitment to community and education for our members, these recipients are an investment in the future of rural Western Iowa.
